The room
Where Lagos chose to celebrate the new Nigerian kitchen.
Twelve seats at the chef’s pass, twenty more in the dining room. Michael Elégbèdé writes the menu on Monday, sources from Mile 12 on Tuesday, and changes course names on a whim. Members are seated within fifteen minutes; everyone else waits.
